1 on 1 Personal Training

One hour of supervised fitness instruction. Your fitness program will consist of exercise routines and nutritional guidance designed specifically for your fitness goals and needs. Get fit and healthy in the privacy, convenience, and comfort of home. I’ll bring the equipment if you do not have your own.

Training and Draft Preparation

Every athlete should be properly prepared for the NFL Draft this can mean the difference between the 1st and 3rd round, or the 4th and 7th round. We at SGC Sports don’t take this lightly that’s why we have built working relationships with the best speed, conditioning, and positional trainers in the sports industry. Our staff will prepare individualized programs geared to each athlete’s unique ability to enhance and optimize their speed, flexibility, agility and strength and endurance.

Iron Quest Fitness has trained dozens of track and field athletes, hockey players, football players, triathletes, marathoners, 5k runners and many other athletes.

Unless you have the knack for endless hours of research, trial and error, then more trial and error, there is much more to increasing your performance in your given sport than just hard work. If you are like most post-secondary or post-collegiate athletes, you have a busy life with a career and family. Clients will learn how to cross-train and perform plyometrics without taking away from their core work.

If maximum strength is your goal, you will be trained with the most advanced methods available such as wave-loading, rest pauses, over-coming isometrics, supra-maximal loading and ballistic/dynamic just to name a few.

Learn how to fuel your sport – what you eat in and around training is absolutely crucial. Just slamming a Powerbar and some Gatorade is a far cry from optimizing nutrient timing to get the most out of your body. You will be taught which carbs and proteins to consume and when, plus you’ll find out how runners can sabotage their training by eating too little fat or not get enough of the right fats.
